Job Responsibilities

Extensive knowledge of Research and Paper Writing.
Project development, Proposal writing with preparation.
Understanding the development plan of the government and development project concept accordingly.
Understanding the funding policy and requirements of the development partners.
Must be adaptive to work under pressure.
Understanding and developing research methodology according to project requirements.
Data Analysis, Report Writing and Presentations.

Educational Requirements

Masters degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline
The candidate/s must have Honors/ Masters Degree in Economics/Development Studies/ Business studies /Marketing / Statistics with at least two first classes or CGPA of at least 3 out of 4.
Skills Required: Computer skill, Good communication skills, Program and or Project Development, Report Writing, statistical analysis and predictive modeling

Experience Requirements

At least 5 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Development organization, Research and Consulting Firms, Research Design/ Analysis

Additional Requirements

Age 30 to 35 years
Effective project management, project development, and analytical skills.
Ability to use statistical/economic/business analysis tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including report writing.
Ability to work independently, as an effective member of a team, and in collaboration with a diverse group of individuals, consultants, clients.
